Manual rewriting, plagiarism removal, citation work, document formatting. You read carefully, write precisely, and own the file end-to-end.

Academic counsellors

The first conversation with a researcher or student — scoping the brief, fielding queries, and guiding them through revisions, deadlines, and next steps.

Operations

The first reply, the QA pass, the status update. You set the standard for how the desk feels to the client on the other end of the email.
